Leaked pictures of Nokia N96 (NOT SURE ABOUT THE IMAGES)

Nokia are on a bit of a roll at the moment, having just released the excellent Nokia N82, and now comes news of a possible forthcoming model, the Nokia N96. As you can see from the pics, the new form factor is a little, er, interesting. Featuring a slide out QWERTY keyboard that doubles as a keypad when turned vertically, the N96 is bound to cause a bit of a stir…
…or at least it would if it wasn’t a fake!

It’s not the idea of the N96 that makes these pictures a fake. The Nokia N96 featured here allegedly features a spec list that puts it right at the top of Nokia’s mobile phones. Six megapixel camera with optical zoom, GPS Sat-Nav, 10GB hard disk, and more – all these features are certainly within Nokia’s capabilities, and would represent a smooth evolution of its existing range of handsets.

Nope, it’s the pictures themselves that scream fake. I mean, just look at the picture of the N96’s camera. Don’t objects have shadows in real life?! The camera just looks like it’s floating in space!
Ultimately, the Nokia N96 may or may not be released any time soon, but I’m betting if it does it won’t look this.
It may be like this…
